On the occasion of National Youth Day 2023 on November 1, Chittagong Divisional Commissioner Mohammad Tofail Islam was present as the chief guest in the colorful rally, discussion meeting, honoring successful organizers, self-help and youth loan check distribution ceremony. Chittagong Deputy Commissioner Abul Bashar presided over the program and Jahan Uddin, Youth Development Officer of Chittagong Kotwali Unit conducted the welcome speech by District Youth Development.
Chittagong Range Additional DIG Prabir Kumar Roy, Deputy Police Commissioner Administration Mustafizur Rahman were present as special guests on the occasion.
On the occasion, the youths were awarded certificates and honor crests for being trained under the Directorate of Youth Development and established as successful self-workers and as successful organizers for providing employment to the unemployed.

Advocate Md Sarowar Hossain Lovelo has been awarded the Global Change Maker Award 2023 for his special contribution in education, sports, legal profession and social service activities. Under the leadership of Disari Youth Foundation Bangladesh, Advocate Md. Sarowar Hossain Lovelo received the first international award AHRI Peace award at the Asia Africa International Peace Conference held in Dhaka last December-2022. Apart from this, he was awarded various national awards including Bangbir General Osmani Golden Award 2019 and more award’s.
